Pleasant Plain home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Pleasant Plain rose by $32,500 while total sales decreased by 35.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $187,500 - a 21% increase over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Pleasant Plain in the second half of 2017.
