Clarksville home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Clarksville fell by $14,100 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $284,900 - a 4.7% decrease over the $299,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Clarksville in the second half of 2017.
