Carlisle home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Carlisle rose by $38,140 while total sales remained unchanged with 20 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $152,500 - a 33.4% increase over the $114,360 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Carlisle in the fourth quarter of 2018, as well.
