Loveland Park (Warren County) home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Loveland Park in Warren County rose by $79,308 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $179,308 - a 79.3% increase over the $100,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Loveland Park in the fourth quarter of 2018.
