Springboro home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Springboro rose by $19,500 while total sales decreased by 9.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 88 homes sold, with a median sale price of $247,500 - a 8.6% increase over the $228,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 97 homes sold in Springboro in the fourth quarter of 2018.
