Pleasant Plain home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Pleasant Plain rose by $54,050 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $187,750 - a 40.4% increase over the $133,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Pleasant Plain in the third quarter of 2018.
