Morrow home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Morrow rose by $24,000 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,000 - a 11.7% increase over the $205,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 70 homes sold in Morrow in the third quarter of 2018.
