Five Points home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Five Points rose by $3,500 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $372,000 - a 0.9% increase over the $368,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Five Points in the third quarter of 2018.
