Carlisle home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Carlisle rose by $16,450 while total sales decreased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $133,450 - a 14.1% increase over the $117,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Carlisle in the second quarter of 2018.
