Franklin home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Franklin rose by $8,000 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 135 homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,000 - a 6.2% increase over the $129,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 105 homes sold in Franklin in the second quarter of 2018.
