Pleasant Plain home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Pleasant Plain fell by $83,550 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $176,450 - a 32.1% decrease over the $260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Pleasant Plain in the second quarter of 2018, as well.
