Waynesville home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Waynesville rose by $9,750 while total sales decreased by 2.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,750 - a 4.4% increase over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Waynesville in the second quarter of 2018.
