Franklin home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Franklin fell by $18,250 while total sales increased by 21.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 90 homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,000 - a 14.2% decrease over the $128,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Franklin in the first quarter of 2018.
