South Lebanon home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in South Lebanon rose by $10,550 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $123,000 - a 9.4% increase over the $112,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in South Lebanon in the first quarter of 2018.
