Carlisle home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Carlisle rose by $28,125 while total sales increased by 87.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,500 - a 25% increase over the $112,375 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Carlisle in the first quarter of 2018.
