Blanchester home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Blanchester fell by $29,450 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,500 - a 14.8% decrease over the $198,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Blanchester in the first quarter of 2018.
