Morrow home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Morrow rose by $15,950 while total sales increased by 12%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $208,950 - a 8.3% increase over the $193,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Morrow in the first quarter of 2018.
