South Lebanon home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in South Lebanon rose by $51,950 while total sales increased by 58.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $123,000 - a 73.1% increase over the $71,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in South Lebanon in the fourth quarter of 2017.
