Franklin home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Franklin rose by $20,500 while total sales increased by 59%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 124 homes sold, with a median sale price of $128,450 - a 19% increase over the $107,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 78 homes sold in Franklin in the fourth quarter of 2017.
