Deerfield Township home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Deerfield Township rose by $58,750 while total sales increased by 1011.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 100 homes sold, with a median sale price of $292,250 - a 25.2% increase over the $233,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Deerfield Township in the third quarter of 2017.
