Carlisle home prices rise in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Carlisle rose by $30,000 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 25% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Carlisle in December 2018, as well.
