Mason home prices rise in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Mason rose by $18,000 while total sales increased by 43.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,500 - a 9% increase over the $199,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Mason in December 2018.
