South Lebanon home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in South Lebanon fell by $57,500 while total sales decreased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $78,500 - a 42.3% decrease over the $136,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in South Lebanon in November 2018.
