Lebanon home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Lebanon rose by $32,500 while total sales increased by 7.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,000 - a 17.3% increase over the $187,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Lebanon in November 2018.
