Pleasant Plain home prices fall in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Pleasant Plain fell by $22,250 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $152,750 - a 12.7% decrease over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Pleasant Plain in October 2018, as well.
