South Lebanon home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in South Lebanon rose by $43,990 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $133,990 - a 48.9% increase over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in South Lebanon in August 2018, as well.
