Mason home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Mason rose by $37,000 while total sales increased by 14.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $224,000 - a 19.8% increase over the $187,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Mason in August 2018.
