Deerfield Township home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Deerfield Township fell by $37,000 while total sales increased by 3.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 12.5% decrease over the $297,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Deerfield Township in August 2018.
