Carlisle home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Carlisle rose by $95,250 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $188,500 - a 102.1% increase over the $93,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Carlisle in July 2018, as well.
