Waynesville home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Waynesville rose by $6,408 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $208,408 - a 3.2% increase over the $202,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Waynesville in June 2018.
