Mason home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Mason rose by $90,000 while total sales increased by 15.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,000 - a 40% increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 57 homes sold in Mason in June 2018.
