Carlisle home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Carlisle rose by $6,000 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $116,000 - a 5.5% increase over the $110,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Carlisle in May 2018.
