South Lebanon home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in South Lebanon fell by $2,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $171,500 - a 1.4% decrease over the $174,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in South Lebanon in May 2018.
