South Lebanon home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in South Lebanon rose by $78,500 while total sales decreased by 54.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,000 - a 83.1% increase over the $94,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in South Lebanon in April 2018.
