Mason home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Mason rose by $43,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 69 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 22.1% increase over the $196,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Mason in April 2018.
