South Lebanon home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in South Lebanon fell by $6,900 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $123,000 - a 5.3% decrease over the $129,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in South Lebanon in March 2018, as well.
