Morrow home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Morrow rose by $70,300 while total sales decreased by 31.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $253,250 - a 38.4% increase over the $182,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Morrow in March 2018.
