Waynesville home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Waynesville rose by $83,600 while total sales increased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $253,600 - a 49.2% increase over the $170,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Waynesville in March 2018.
