Franklin home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Franklin fell by $9,870 while total sales increased by 81%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 7.6% decrease over the $129,870 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Franklin in February 2018.
