Deerfield Township home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Deerfield Township fell by $3,375 while total sales increased by 650%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $264,000 - a 1.3% decrease over the $267,375 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Deerfield Township in February 2018.
