Waynesville home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Waynesville rose by $96,950 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,950 - a 44.3% increase over the $219,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Waynesville in February 2018.
