Franklin home prices fall in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Franklin fell by $40,500 while total sales increased by 15.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $103,500 - a 28.1% decrease over the $144,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Franklin in January 2018.
