Lebanon home prices fall in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Lebanon fell by $25,050 while total sales increased by 21.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $154,950 - a 13.9% decrease over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Lebanon in January 2018.
