Waynesville home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Waynesville rose by $101,250 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,250 - a 120.5% increase over the $84,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Waynesville in January 2018.
