Lebanon home prices rise in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Lebanon rose by $52,000 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $212,000 - a 32.5% increase over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Lebanon in December 2017.
