South Lebanon home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in South Lebanon rose by $28,500 while total sales increased by 125%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $136,000 - a 26.5% increase over the $107,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in South Lebanon in November 2017.
