Waynesville home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Waynesville rose by $67,000 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $259,000 - a 34.9% increase over the $192,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Waynesville in November 2017.
