South Lebanon home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in South Lebanon rose by $48,300 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $98,500 - a 96.2% increase over the $50,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in South Lebanon in October 2017.
