Pleasant Plain home prices fall in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Pleasant Plain fell by $41,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 19.2% decrease over the $216,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Pleasant Plain in October 2017.
