Waynesville home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Waynesville rose by $8,250 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $218,000 - a 3.9% increase over the $209,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Waynesville in October 2017.
